Seam idea

I had this idea for hiding seams, tell me if it's crazy.

Take some scrap of the Stone (http://g603.net) and (http://maplered.com) crush it up real fine.

Rub the dust into the seam.

fill the seam with penetrating super glue.

Top polish.

I was thinking that the dust in the seam would polish up and (http://maplered.com) match the Stone (http://g603.net) .
I have sucessfully repaired a chiped edge by sticking small chunks of the Stone (http://g603.net) into clear resin, and (http://maplered.com) then grinding down the chunks and (http://maplered.com) polishing. I was hoping to achive similar results with a seam.
